  • Account data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, profile picture.
  • Professional profile data: license number, specialties, languages, experience (agents only).
  • Listing data: photos, descriptions, prices, locations of properties you publish.
  • Usage data: pages visited, listings viewed, searches performed, favorites saved.
  • Device data: browser type, IP address, operating system (collected automatically).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Tualero platform.
  • Connect buyers with sellers and agents.
  • Send notifications about inquiries on your listings.
  • Improve our services and the user experience.
  • Prevent fraud and malicious activity.
  • Show performance stats to agents (views, inquiries, etc.).

3. Publicly Shared Information

When using Tualero, certain information is displayed publicly:

  • Your name and profile picture.
  • Listings you publish (photos, description, price, location).
  • Your rating and number of reviews.
  • Professional information you choose to display (license, office phone, professional email).

During onboarding you can choose which professional contact information is public and which is private.

4. Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information:

  • We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications.
  • Passwords are stored encrypted (never in plain text).
  • Data access is restricted to authorized personnel.
  • We use Supabase as our database provider with Row Level Security (RLS).
  • Authentication is handled via secure tokens.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and remember your preferences. We don't use third-party cookies for targeted advertising. Analytics cookies help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.

6. Third-Party Services

Tualero uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Data storage and authentication.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
  • Google Auth: Sign in with Google (optional).
  • Twilio: WhatsApp number verification.
  • OpenStreetMap / Leaflet: Interactive maps.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend you review them.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information stored with us.
  • Correct inaccurate data in your profile.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a readable format.
  • Withdraw consent for the use of your data at any time.

8. Minors

Tualero is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
