Welcome to Tualero. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.
1. What is Tualero
Tualero is a digital marketplace that connects users with real estate agents and agencies in Latin America. Tualero does not own properties, act as a real estate agent, or participate in any transaction. Our role is to facilitate connections between buyers, sellers, landlords, and real estate professionals.
2. Use of the Platform
You must use Tualero legally and honestly. You may not post false information, impersonate others, commit fraud, or manipulate listings. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details and listings up to date.
3. Accounts and Verification
To access certain features, you must create an account and verify your phone number via WhatsApp. This helps us confirm you are a real person and reduce fraud on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. User Types
Tualero offers different roles: User (casual buyer/seller), Realtor (professional real estate agent), and Agency. Each role has specific features and responsibilities. Fraudulently changing roles to obtain benefits (such as unlimited credits) will result in permanent account suspension.
5. Property Listings
You are responsible for everything you publish, including properties, photos, prices, and descriptions. All information must be real and accurate. Tualero may remove content or suspend accounts if violations are detected. Regular users receive one free credit to publish; verified realtors can publish without limits.
6. Connections and Transactions
Tualero only facilitates connections between users. We are not a party to, mediator of, or guarantor for any agreements, payments, negotiations, or transactions between users. All buying, selling, or renting decisions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
7. Leads and Communication
By submitting an inquiry about a property, you agree that your contact information may be shared with the corresponding agent or owner, and that they may contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited: publishing non-existent or fraudulent properties, using false or misleading prices, posting illegal or discriminatory content or spam, creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulating the rating system, and any activity that harms other users or the platform.
9. Ratings and Reviews
Users may rate agents and properties. Ratings must be honest and based on real experiences. Tualero reserves the right to moderate or remove ratings that are abusive, false, or manipulated.
10. Privacy and Data
We use your personal information to operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy. By using Tualero, you agree to the practices described in that policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All Tualero content (brand, logo, design, code) is the property of Tualero or its licensors. Content you publish (photos, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
12. No Warranties
Tualero is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by third parties, continuous service availability, or specific results from using the platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
Tualero is not responsible for financial losses, direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, transactions between users, or incorrect information posted by third parties.
14. Suspension and Termination
Tualero may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
